Drying filter in the chiller refrigeration cycle must prevent moisture and dirt (oil, iron, copper) and other entry, the source of moisture is mainly added to the new refrigerant and lubricating oil contained in the trace water, or due to the maintenance of the system when the air into the moisture. If the moisture in the system is not removed, when the refrigerant passes through the throttle valve (thermal expansion valve or capillary tube), sometimes the moisture will solidify into ice due to the drop of pressure and temperature, which will block the channel and affect the normal operation of the refrigeration device. Therefore, a dry filter must be installed in the chiller refrigeration system.

Evaporator: The evaporator is a heat exchange device that relies on the evaporation of the refrigerant liquid (actually boiling) to absorb the heat of the cooled medium. Its function in the refrigeration system is to absorb heat (or output cold). In order to ensure that the evaporation process can be stable and lasting, it is necessary to continuously use the refrigeration compressor to pump the evaporated gas away to maintain a certain evaporation pressure.

Thermal expansion valve: thermal expansion valve in the chiller refrigeration system is not only the flow control valve, but also the throttle valve in the refrigeration equipment, it is installed in the refrigeration equipment between the dry filter and the evaporator, and its temperature sensing bag is wrapped at the outlet of the evaporator. Its main function is to make the high-pressure and normal-temperature refrigerant liquid flow through the thermal expansion valve and reduce the pressure, and become a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant wet vapor (mostly liquid, a small part is steam) into the evaporator, and vaporize in the evaporator Heat absorption, and achieve the purpose of cooling and cooling.

Refrigerants: Most industrial chillers used in modern industry use R22 or R12 as refrigerants. Refrigerant is the flowing working medium in the refrigeration system. Its main function is to carry heat and realize heat absorption and heat release when the state changes.
